  • A very beautiful Serval cat at Out of Africa. I was probably 4 feet away from her when she was eating and I could not believe how loud her purring was. They are very affectionate.

  • A very wise looking lion at Out of Africa in Camp Verde, AZ. Looking into his eyes, I got the feeling I would love to be able to talk with him and learn his lessons on life. His name is Asanti.

  • This was a more heated kitty battle. The tiger on the right came out of the pool and started a scuffle. As can be seen, the tiger on the left is more than able to protect himself. Nobody was hurt. I was just glad they were rough housing with each other instead of me. This was shot at 1/4000 of a second, showing how fast the tiger was moving his tail, and the trail of water it was sending out.

  • The lower tiger started this brief kitty battle, but the standing tiger was able to end it very quickly and decisively without any injuries.
